We are staffed and equipped to see developments through the
entire process, from plan inception to occupancy ready,
including leasing and management services.
Company Profile
Milton & Neal Properties,
Inc. is a full service commercial brokerage firm with William
"Lowell" Milton the Principal Broker, with several agents within
the company that are well experienced in all aspects of
commercial real estate. The primary agent other than
Lowell within the office is Matt Ripley.
In addition
to the brokerage firm, Milton &
Neal, a General Partnership is a partnership between William L.
(Lowell) Milton and W. P. (Joe) Neal which owns and develops
properties throughout central Virginia.
Milton &
Neal's development experience dates back to the
mid-eighties and includes redevelopment of existing facilities,
as well as new construction and land development and
speculation. Mr. Milton’s resume includes over 45-years of real
estate appraisal, brokerage and property management experience,
while Mr. Neal has been engaged for 30 plus years in
construction and land development activities.
Mr. Milton is a real estate broker
licensed in the State of Virginia and has obtained two
professional appraisal designations, MAI (Member of Appraisal
Institute) and SREA (Senior Real Estate Analyst). Mr. Neal is a
long-time member of the Central Virginia Home Builders
Association, having served on the board, as well as Chapter
President. Several licensed real estate sales people are
associated with the Company, offering various real estate
services, in addition to sales, leasing and property management.
